If I have to define myself I would say I am an existentialist more than a spiritual person.I love all aspect of existence and I keep diving and imerse in its mystery. I was once interested in spirituality when I was a teenager and when I was questioning everything that was throwing out at me and also curious about  the world.I have been involved in groups (Osho,Zen-Budhism) but found more confortable to be on my own and take life and its widest nonsense as my way of learning/living.Learning about myself has been a wonderful process .Along the way I found out that to be spiritual I had to do many things, but to be an existencialist I just needed to learn how TO BE, therefore I became a true existentialist - I AM-and left behind all the nonsense of becoming a spiritual person.During this time I have been sensitive to  a moving and subtle energy dance  within my body.I do not know where it comes from, just comes and goes in its own accord,when laying down in my bed,in front of my computer,when stuck on the traffic jams,sunbathing in the beach, sitting in a bench in a park, watching a movie in the cinema,working out in the gym, anywhere sacred or profane as it does not respect places and does not ask for permission.It seems the music that comes from the existence itself.It is a living thing and sometimes I feel more as if it is centered on top of my head  and sometime within and around my body, formless and feel very much in conection with it during my daily life.This is always unfolding and bringing me joy.It is weird and beautiful. I think I am pregnant of nature/existence
I am also a landscape architect, garden designer, gardener and author(www.silvalandscapes.com). I do want to change the world by creating something beautiful and gardens are  my expression.Change places,making the world greener and cover our footsteps are my mission.I do believe if everybody had a garden  to create (or  do anything they love doing) and look after it and leave the world to look after itself- a transformation would naturally take place.the world is already peaceful we just have to connect with it.

The same energy that  a plant  uses while it is rooting  is the same used for its blossoning.For the plant it does not only matter the  beauty of flowering but the joy of growing.
